Abortion rights and right to choose are not going over good so when you hear the "right to privacy" it means abortion. The most interesting aspect of that is the idea of killing a baby is starting to turn a lot of stomachs and the politicia'ns are picking up on it. The Unborn Victims of Violence Act may get passed in Congress now. Since the House of Representatives did pass it twice already I had it in my mind that it was a law so was surprised when I was reading about the Laci and Conner Peterson case. California does recognize unborn children as legal victims of violent crimes in some instances so it is not a problem there but will be in other states.
