Local Little League baseball teams selling Twins tickets The Northeast South Dakota Baseball Association is selling Twins game tickets as a fundraiser The Association consists of Pewee and Little League teams from Ortonville and Big Stone City, SD, along with Clear Lake, SD, Gary, SD, Revillo, SD, Strandburg, SD, Hendricks/Ivanhoe, Milbank, SD, Twin Brooks, SD and Wilmot, SD. Members of Pewee and Little League teams from the area will be selling tickeis to the Minnesota Twins game versus the Oakland A's, which will be held in the Metrodome on Sunday, July 20 at 1:05 p.m. The cost of each ticket is $21, and the tickets are lot reserved seating in section 135 of the Metrodome, near the Twins" bullpen. If the Association is able to raise $5000 in ticket sales, each of the member teams will have the opportu- nity to play a baseball game in the Metrodome after the game. Estimated time would be between 5 to 8 p.m. For more intbrmation, or to pur- chase your ticket, mail a self addressed, stamped envelope by June 20 to Tammy Wollschlager, 48307 SD Hwy 158, Revillo, SD 57259 or call 605-623-4565 or 605-949-4567 to make pick up arrangements. New Family Service Center hours begin The Family Service Center began its summer hours from May 27 thru Labor Day. The hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sign Up Now For Clinton VB Tournament The sixth annual CCSC/Penquin Bar co-ed Volleyball Tournament has been scheduled to be held Saturday, June 14 with the first round begin- ning at 9 a.m. The location is the volleyball court near the Penquin Bar in Clinton and the CCSC is seeking co-ed teams of 3 men and 3 women to register for this event. The entry fee is $30 per team, and team captains are to call 325- 5222 to enter the tournament, or for more information.
