SonShine Gang at New Life next Saturday The SonShine Gang, a puppet team from Union Park Baptist Church Des Moines, IA. will present a program at New Life Community Baptist Church on Saturday night June 29 at 7 p.m. They use multiple stages, lighting and sound effects to create an exciting visual experience. The public is invited and families with young children are especially encouraged to bring their children. There is no cost and following the program ice cream and refreshments will be served. The SonShine Gang will also present another program during the Sunday morning worship service at 10:30. a.m. For more information call the church at 839-3440. Luther Crest quilt auction The Annual Quilt Auction at Luther Crest Bible Camp will be held Saturday, July 13, 2002. Again, over 100 hand-made quilts of all sizes, patterns, and colors will be offered for sale at the auction.
