Thoughts for life The Ban on Partial Birth Abortion bill has been approved by the House of Representatives three times. Twice it was vetoed by President Clinton and is now going to the Senate. Sen Paul Wellstone has voted twice against banning the procedure and once against over-riding Pres. Clinton's veto. The bill is in peril now at the Senate because Tom Daschle D-SD along with Wellstone are closely allied with the pro-abortion lobby. Call Sens. Wellstone and Dayton asking them to vote for the ban on partial birth abortion. Or write to your newspaper. If you go the website www.nrlc.org you can send free emails to them.
