II On behalf of everyone at Main Street Industries, I would like to thank the many people who made our 16th annual BBQ supper and auction a successful event: Don Vangsness - our faithful carpenter; Chuck Brown & John Baker - Auctioneers for the 16th year; All of the clients at MSI who work hard preparing the items; All of my co-workers for all of their hard work: Robin, Carol, Joanne, Janet, Arleen, Karrie, Lisa and Laurie. I would like to thank MSl's board members for helping at the sale and donating food. They are: Dave Torgerson, Donley Pansch, Dennis Lindholm, Pamela Davis, Ruth Hoffman, Brenda (Suzy) Dinnel and Pat Collins. The following ladies donated their time to paint on many of the wood items: Vicki Zenk, Julie Rebehn, Arlys Schmitz, Phyliss Doschadis, Harriet Hoffman and Brenda (Suzy) Dinnel. They did a beautiful job and it added so much to the wood items. Thanks to Bill and Nita Moberg for the donated pork bundles. 1 would also like to thank the following people who donated auction items or food: Leota Moberg, Laurie Wiegman, Carol Maus and Jean Rixe. Jensen's sister Ragna from Appleton visited on Wednesday, Nov. Anderson was also a visitor 15th at the home of Alnora Rawleigh. Jennifer Lien, her mother Kippy Randleman, and sister Emily Randleman all traveled to the Twin Cities for the week-end of Nov. 23th and 24th to spend their annual mother- daughter get away trip together. While in the Twin Cities they enjoyed some Christmas shopping and viewing the elaborate Christmas decorating. St. John's children and youth will present a Christmas fable called the "Three Trees" on Dec. 14th after 5:00 Mass with h church potluck following the program. Please bring a dish to pass and all are welcomed. The program starts about 6:t5 p.m. Call 839-2873 for further information. Friends and youth of St. John's and St. Charles have created a quilt which will be raffled off for youth ministry. Raffle tickets are available from youth, the RE office, and the main office. Call 839-2873 for further information. Emma Schwarze was to Northridge on Wednesday, Nov. 20th for hymn sing. Emma played the piano for that. Gall Johnson visited Faith Sprung on Friday evening, Nov. 15th. Todd and family from Egan were Nov. 15th week-end visitors of Urban and Ludie Stolpman and also visited relatives and friends. Alma Jorgenson, Virginia Dawson, Verna Stoehr, Inga Koeckeritz, and Lenora Teitjen were Tuesday, Nov. 19th morning coffee guests at the Evelyn Swigerd's home. Good fellowship and laughter were enjoyed by the ladies. Paul and Michele Hamann, Marlys Hamann, and Verna Stoehr were Nov. 20th of Amanda Wednesday evening, Nov. 20th dinner guests at the Jerry and Alma Terry Rawleigh were J0rgenson s home. the week-end of Nov. The Big Stone Community Singers sang at the Ortoni-lle Senior Center on Wednesday, Nov. 20th. Chris and Jennifer Merriman and Vidella Roschen and Nathan and Tiffany were supper guests on Saturday, Nov. 16th of Liltian Ninneman. Friday, Nov. 15th Lillian Ninneman went to Milbank with Arn Schmeig and visited people in the nursing home. Visiting at the home of Phyllis Schluter Nov. 19th, 20th, and 21st was son Thomas Andrew from Duluth. He spent most of his time preparing the house for winter. On Thursday, Nov. 21st Phyllis Schluter went to Northridge to help make popcorn for the residents and workers. High bridge players at the Ortonville Senior Center Friday afternoon.
