Bellingham/Louisburg By Clarissa Sorenson, Phone 568-2204 Pat Ohm was not present at the Community Day drawing Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 2nd when her name was called for $20. On Wednesday, Dec. 9th, the drawing will be for $40. Lud and Helen Rognlien spent Thanksgiving at Cindy and Steve Sylvers in Maple Grove and also visited with David and Kathy Rognlien on Friday night. Inga Blahosky, age 88, of Bellingham, passed away Sunday, Nov. 29th in St. Paul. Her funeral services were held Thursday morning at 10:30 a.m. December 3rd at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Bellingham, with Pastor Chris Finsand officiating, with burial in the St. Paul's Lutheran Cemetery. Randy, Lori and Nicole Cox spent the Thanksgiving weekend at the Alfred Borgerson home. Craig and Coralie Meyer and family spent Thanksgiving Day at the Borgerson home. Keith, Sue Borgerson and family spent the weekend between at the Pat Minhan home and the Alfred Borgerson home. Willis, Milton, Ramona and Mary Tilbury were dinner guests at the Alfred Borgerson home. Saturday, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Maatz attended the wedding of Scott Kessler and Michelle Plathe at the Louisburg Lutheran Church and were guests at the reception at the Madison Country Club. Last Friday afternoon, Arlene Karels visited Dorothea Hanson and Dora Zahn at the Madison Lutheran Home. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Maatz attended the 50th anniversary open house for Marvin and Joanne Schmeichel at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Odessa on November 28th. Monday visitors at the Gert Rakow home were Willis Bremseth of Glenwood and Dick Bremseth of Fallbrook, CA. Saturday evening visitors at the Melvin Maatz home were Marty and Denise Syverson of Coon Rapids and Daren Maatz of Willmar. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Maatz visited with Harold Schulz at Milbank on Sunday afternoon at his home. Friday overnight guests at the Mannie Karels home were'Matthew Mork of Bloomington, Steven and Ryan Larson and friends Dan and Norm of Bloomington. November 29th, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Maatz attended the 40th wedding anniversary open house for Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Loeschke at the Central Methodist Church in Milbank. Lucille Nelson and Charles and Ihla Thomson attended the 50th wedding anniversary of Charles and Delores Erickson at Baxter Lutheran Church, rural Dawson on Saturday afternoon, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Larsen were houseguests of the David Dales in Minnetonka Wednesday through Sunday. Thanksgiving Day guests at the Dales with the Larsens were Mr. and Mrs. Brett Dale of Maple Grove, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Becklin of Eagan, Mr. and Mrs. Bart Dale, Taylor and Thomas of Plymouth, and Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Larsen of Denver, Colorado. Last Sunday, Minnie Schellberg went.to Milbank and attended her cousin, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Loeschke's 40th wedding anniversary. Janette Hanson, Don Dittes, Suzy Kittelson and Danieile, Dave Bucholz, and Joe and Bernice Boraas were supper guests Sunday night of Betty Hanson. Last Sunday, Hiida Brehmer accompanied Mr. and Mrs. Harry Loeschk8 and attended the 40th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Loeschke at the Central Methodist Church in Milbank. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Maatz visited at the Lyle Wittnebel home on Thursday evening. Lucille Nelson attended the Plathe- Kessler wedding at Louisburg and the reception at the Madison Country Club on Saturday evening. Saturday, Lloyd and Vicki Larsen, the Bart Dales, the Brett Dales, the David Dales, Bryan and Sandy Larsen of Denver and Mr. and Mrs. Bob Becklin attended a hockey game for 5 and 6 year olds in Plymouth. Vicki and Lloyd' s great-grandson, Thomas Dale played in the hockey game. After the game, they were all brunch guests of the Lloyd Larsen's at Perkins and to celebrate Bryan Larsen's birthday. Norma Larson and Betty Hanson attended the Bellingham Elementary School Musical Program Thursday evening. Thursday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Josephson visited Hilda Brehmer. Friday, Mr. and Mrs. Bryan Larsen, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Becklin spent the day with the Lloyd Larsens at the David Dale home in Minnetonka. Charles Stueckrath, Sam and Kylie of Raymond, and Duane and Margret Stueckrath'left Wednesday for Colorado Springs, CO. They spent Thanksgiving with Roy and Lillie Stueckrath. On Friday they all visited Leona Shelton at Arvada, CO. Saturday, they left for Rapid City, SD and visited Russ and Kathy Stueckrath and girls, returning home Sunday evening. Gary, Mary and Jared Roiland spent Thursday, Thanksgiving Day and Friday with Mary's folks, Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Holstad at Spicer. Last Sunday afternoon, Charles and Ihla Thomson visited OlgaLogelund at the Dawson Nursing Home and her daughter Connie Sjolie of Florida. Thanksgiving Day guests at LeAnn Stone's at Madison were Patty Thompson, Lori and Jeff Schlueter and family and EImo and Lorraine Sorenson. Myrtle Kittclson spent last week and Thanksgiving at the Wally and Wanda Kittelson home in Montevideo. Paul and Carol Lund attended the prayer service Wednesday evening for Inga Blahosky at the Zahrbock Funeral Home. Connie Robertson of Eden Prairie came Friday evening and spent until Sunday with Elmo and Lorraine Sorenson. Patty Tlompson was an additional Sunday dinner guest. Gordon Letrud visited Alvin and Marius Jensen at the Madison Lutheran Home on Tuesday. J.R. Johnson of Marshall spent Sunday and Monday at home.
